About Us

It Started as a Hobby

Our journey into making distilled spirits started with beer, marinating meats and playing with flavors. Making beer was a fun hobby, which eventually led to distilling.

Inspired by Martinelli’s, we made our first spirit – Apple Whiskey. It was a hit. We experimented more. We added cinnamon, we tried berry and then lemon. We shared mason jars of our creations with friends. Everyone agreed – we were onto something. We decided we should pursue this as a business.
